What exactly does Swissblade do for my business?

We identify reviews on Google, TrustPilot, Yelp and other platforms that violate their policies or Swiss law, and run the reporting and removal process in your name.

Which platforms do you cover?

Google Business Profile, TrustPilot, Trustindex, Yelp, ProvenExpert, Facebook, TripAdvisor, HolidayCheck, Jameda, kununu, local.ch and search.ch. For industry-specific platforms we check case by case on request.

Is Swissblade officially authorized by Google?

Yes. We're an official Google Partner. That means direct access to support channels regular users don't have.

Are there hidden costs or minimum terms?

No. Single review and profile deletion are one-time services. Reputation protection runs for 12 months, then you can cancel monthly. No auto-renewal without your explicit confirmation.

Can I combine or customize packages?

Yes. For multiple reviews or multiple platforms we price individually, often cheaper than the sum of the single items. Just ask us.

How long does a review removal take?

On average 5 to 14 working days from the order. Often faster for clear violations, longer for legally complex cases with escalation steps. You get weekly status updates.

Do I have to grant access to my Google profile?

Not strictly, for plain removals. For review campaigns and reputation protection we work as invited admins. You stay the owner and can revoke access at any time.

What do I need to provide to get started?

Business name plus location is enough for the free first scan. For a removal: the link to the review and, if you have them, internal notes on the incident (date, what happened, evidence).

Is what you do even legal?

Absolutely. We only use each platform's official reporting and appeal channels, relying on their own community guidelines as well as applicable Swiss and European law.

We don't delete anything ourselves. The platform does, after we've documented the violation properly.

Can legitimate reviews be removed too?

No. And that's not our goal either. We only remove reviews that violate platform policies or the law: fake reviews, insults, false claims of fact, competitor sabotage.

Where do you stand on data protection?

We're a Swiss company and handle your data under Swiss data protection law (revFADP) and the GDPR. No analytics trackers, no sharing with ad networks, details in our privacy policy.
